Kevin McGonigle

Kevin McGonigle is a Director at Stanton Chase Atlanta. Over his 30-year career, Kevin has worked for and consulted with prominent Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and family-controlled businesses on five continents. His impressive experience and knowledge base span financial services, several industrial sectors, consumer goods, high-tech, telecommunications, and hospitality.

Kevin’s recent executive search work has specialized in placing Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer roles within mid-sized corporations and private equity firms.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Kevin spent 12 years with several leading global executive search firms; he led both executive search and leadership assessment practices at these firms. His depth and breadth of expertise enable Kevin to assist clients in identifying, evaluating, aligning, and developing C-suite executive talent through leadership assessment engagements, top team effectiveness analyses, succession planning work, organizational development programs, and corporate culture projects.

Prior to his current tenure in executive search, Kevin was Head of Global Talent Assessment and Talent Acquisition for Altisource Portfolio Solutions, a $1 billion real estate and property management company with operations on four continents. Kevin recruited and managed a team that developed competency models, assessment diagnostics, and predictive analytics for the company.

Before Altisource, he led the Georgia market for Newport Board Group, a nationwide consulting firm that helps mid-sized private and public companies improve business performance through C-suite and board advisory work.

Kevin began his career in strategy and operational consulting at A.T. Kearney, Inc. Focused on the industrial, financial services, and supply chain sectors, Kevin led strategic planning and operational process reengineering work for Global 1,000 companies across Europe and North America.

Kevin received his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in strategy and finance from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Previously, he earned a B.A. in chemistry and political science from Williams College.
