José Morais da Silva

José Morais da Silva is a Partner at Stanton Chase Lisbon. With 30 years of progressive and diverse experience in business development, he has specialized as a consultant in commercial strategy, marketing, digital marketing, and digital communication.

José also serves as an assistant professor at Universidade Europeia, IADE, and Universidade Atlântica, where he teaches undergraduate, master’s, and executive education programs. As a researcher, he is affiliated with the Communication and Culture Studies Center at the Portuguese Catholic University.

In 2024, he joined Stanton Chase as a Partner, focusing on executive search, board services, executive assessment, and executive coaching.

José holds a PhD in Communication Sciences from the Portuguese Catholic University, a Master’s degree in the Psychology of Emotions from ISCTE-IUL, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations from ISLA in Lisbon. Outside of his professional and academic roles, he remains committed to playing sports regularly.
