The international executive search firm Stanton Chase established the Talent Management Award in 2014. This award is assigned annually to companies from different industries that develop and implement programs for its talented employees, or are generally dedicated to talent development through various programs.
This year we had a large number of contestants, all of whom are companies recognized on the market as truly dedicated to talent development through different programs or their cooperation with universities.
The winner of the Talent Management Award for 2021 is IKEA Serbia LTD Belgrade.
The Award for Talents’ Active Contribution to Business Projects went to Delta Holding, the Award for the Quality of Development Programs went to Marbo Product (a company of PepsiCo).
Strauss Adriatic received the Award for the Commitment and Results in Talents’ Development.
