Dobromir Minkov joins Stanton Chase’s Industrial Leadership Team as the Global Sector Leader of its Industrial Equipment and Components Sector.
Dobromir Minkov, a Managing Director at Stanton Chase’s Sofia office, has been part of Stanton Chase since 2007. His professional career began in the energy sector at Shell Gas Bulgaria, a subsidiary of the Royal Dutch/Shell Group, where he supervised numerous industrial projects across Bulgaria. Later, he became the Division Manager of Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Services at SGS Bulgaria, an affiliate of global inspection and certification leader SGS S.A. In this position, he worked on various projects, including business development, mergers and acquisitions, and laboratory outsourcing management.

As a Managing Director at Stanton Chase’s Sofia office, Dobromir focuses on the Industrial, Natural Resources, and Energy sectors.
Dobromir holds a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Mining and Geology. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Financial Management from City University of Seattle. Additionally, he serves as an executive mentor and coach, negotiation consultant, and lead tutor to support candidates and clients in their business and career development.
