We designed the solution to enhance the client’s organizational structure and the self-awareness and leadership growth of all participating executives. Our design for the latter went beyond traditional Development Centers, focusing on mindset shifts such as growth mentality and business perspective. Using a multi-faceted approach, involving 360-degree feedback, structured interviews, and personality assessment, the project assessed and developed 22 key individuals across several functions and organizational levels based on their leadership preferences, contributions, and cultural impact.

A Reenergized Executive Team and a Renewed Organizational Structure
We shared our analysis of individual and team performance and potential with the organization to support decisions regarding assignments and leadership development. Moreover, we examined the organization’s culture and provided input on future initiatives for fostering improved working practices. Each executive participant also took part in an individual feedforward session, enabling them to gain a better understanding of their impact on the organization and ways in which to improve it.
