Wassim Karkabi Appointed to International Women Board of Directors’ Advisory Board

Wassim Karkabi, Managing Partner at Stanton Chase Middle East and Greater China, was recently elected to the International Women’s Board of Directors’ (IWBD) Advisory Board.

The IWBD, an initiative of On Board Women, aims to bridge the gender gap and promote female representation in C-level positions and corporate boards. The organization facilitates an inclusive network that empowers women through training programs and professional development across all sectors.

At Stanton Chase, Wassim has advised numerous organizations on strategic and leadership concerns, with experience in executive search, assessment, and coaching across various sectors such as technology, human capital, business growth, and leadership development.

Outside of Stanton Chase, Wassim is a Master Licensing Partner for The Corporate Governance Institute in MENA and Managing Partner at Hofstede Insights MENA. He is also the Founder and CEO of Fluent XP and the award-winning SaaS CoachingLoft.com. Additionally, he serves as the Non-Executive Chair and a shareholder at KoolKollekt.

Wassim holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of La Verne, California, and is a certified Executive and Business Coach.

As a member of the IWBD’s Advisory Board, he aims to advance opportunities for women in the Middle East, reflecting Stanton Chase’s dedication to diverse, inclusive, and equitable leadership worldwide.
