Veteran Software Executives Strengthen Firm

Stanton Chase is pleased to announce the integration of Selker Search, bringing two new Directors to the global firm, Greg Selker and Julie Davidson — both veterans in retained executive search in the technology sector. Based in Baltimore, Selker will lead the firm’s Software sector in North America. With this move, Stanton Chase is embarking on an aggressive plan to grow and develop the Software practice in North America. The announcement was made by Mickey Matthews, Stanton Chase International Chairman.

Greg Selker has been conducting retained executive searches for 29-plus years in technology. He has personally completed more than 300 executive searches over his career including 45 CEO searches and numerous CRO, CMO, CHRO, and CFO searches. He has also conducted leadership development sessions with more than 50 executives from leading companies, moving into executive coaching relationships with seven executives spanning CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs.

Julie Davidson has spent 20-plus years in retained search — primarily in her own firm as a consultant to many of retained search’s premier partners. She and Greg joined forces after discovering a shared belief in applying a rigorous data-analytic approach to deliver the highest caliber and most diverse candidates to their clients.
