Stanton Chase Korea Supports Advancement of Women in Leadership

Seoul office sponsors Women’s Leadership Mentorship Program

Stanton Chase Korea is the first sponsor of monthly talks held by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (KGCCI) inaugural Women’s Leadership Mentorship Program – WIR (stands for Women in KoRea and “Us” in German) in August 2019. The sponsorship will last one full year, with Stanton Chase Korea providing support for monthly events where prominent female leaders will be featured as speakers, followed by 1:1 mentoring sessions.

The WIR group is comprised of highly engaged senior female executives with a passion to support emerging women leaders to leverage their full potential and become trailblazers in the workplace. The program was created with the belief that mentorship is a two-way exchange in which all participants, regardless of professional background and job titles, gain from shared insight. WIR aims to collaborate on the pressing issues facing female leaders in today’s dynamic business environment and solve problems through the mentorship program. The group consists of over 60 members, consisting of an equal number of mentors and mentees.

Stanton Chase Korea is committed to supporting the advancement of women into leadership roles in Korea and supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. This support is clearly showcased through this sponsorship in which the value goes beyond financial support to provide empowerment to women leaders in the Korean executive landscape.
