Stanton Chase Bulgaria’s MD Joins Jury for HR Awards

Darina Peneva Presents Award In Annual Ceremony Hosted By The BAPM

Stanton Chase’s Bulgaria office has announced that Managing Director Darina Peneva served on the jury of the recent Annual HR Awards hosted by the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAPM).

The awards ceremony took place on February 4 and consisted on seven categories. Darina had the honor of presenting the award for the category of “HR Consulting Project / Tool Of The Year” to JobTiger – the largest event organizer in the country, including Bulgaria’s biggest career forum, National Career Days, and the first online job board in Bulgaria founded in 2000.

“It was an honor to take part in the 2020 awards ceremony,” says Darina. “This competition honors the best and most innovative HR practices in Bulgaria, recognized as valuable by business, society and people. Personally, it was extremely exciting to participate in the whole process because of the opportunity to contribute for the successful projects of the association that gave me a chance 20 years ago as a young HR specialist.”

The Annual HR Awards is a project for sharing and recognizing innovative and successful practices implemented at the national level in Bulgaria. The BAPM is a nongovernmental professional organization that serves as a platform for sharing expertise among its members. The association was established in 2000 to develop the best professional practices in human capital management, raise the status of the profession, and set high standards for work in HR.

Darina Peneva has over 19 years of extensive experience in HR consulting, selection, competence assessment, and trainings, as well as in identification and development of personality and leadership potential. She has been with Stanton Chase Bulgaria since its Sofia office first opened in 2006. This year, the office celebrates its 15th anniversary.
