Sofia office has become a market leader in executive search since opening in 2006

Stanton Chase’s office in Sofia is proud to celebrate its 15th anniversary of operations in Bulgaria. The firm’s presence in the country has grown to include a passionate team of consultants who are trusted partners to many Bulgarian and multinational companies across sectors.

Managing Director Darina Peneva has been with the Sofia office since its inception in 2006. Together with Managing Partner Dobromir Minkov, who joined in 2008, she drove the expansion of the business and built up and developed the local team of experts.
