Gavin has been working in international executive search for the last 17 years and has successfully managed assignments for global, regional, and local clients in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, specializing in executive and senior-level roles. In addition, Gavin has a solid understanding of early-mid venture start-ups, SMEs, and VC/PE backed enterprises. Prior to beginning his executive search career, Gavin gained extensive experience in marketing, sales, and commercial management positions with renowned international healthcare organizations, including Boehringer-Ingelheim.
