Stanton Chase Announces the Appointment of Two New Global Practice Leaders

Dr. Oliver Ziehm and Christian Ehl begin a new era of leadership as Global Practice Leaders. 

Stanton Chase is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Global Practice Leaders.  

Dr. Oliver Ziehm will take over as the Global Practice Leader of the Technology Practice Group and the Professional Services Practice Group. Oliver has been with Stanton Chase for seven years and previously served as the IT Consulting Sector Leader. During his more than 20 years of consulting experience, he has built a substantial international network in the consulting and IT industry, developed an in-depth understanding of current and future trends in these industries, and has gained a reputation as a trusted business advisor.  

Christian Ehl has been appointed Global Practice Leader of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Practice Group. Since joining Stanton Chase in 2018, Christian has been a co-founding member of the ESG practice and a strong advocate for it internally as well as externally. His sustainability journey began in 2004 with a thesis on corporate social responsibility. To provide comprehensive coaching advice to clients and candidates, he completed a coaching education in systemic coaching and change coaching. He has worked extensively with international corporations and medium-sized enterprises. Additionally, he also worked on onsite recruiting consulting projects for several renowned companies. He completed his studies in international business administration at the Accadis Business School. He also spent time studying abroad in Newcastle (UK). His commitment to ESG and corporate responsibility is outstanding, and he is highly passionate about supporting clients on their journey to real sustainability.
