A Survey of Senior Leaders at MNCs in Korea
As of this publication, Korea is experiencing the world’s highest rate of infection of coronavirus (COVID 19) outside of China. In essence, it has halted normal business activities and our clients are seeking alternative ways of staying productive.
We at Stanton Chase Korea are continuing with business as usual, but we responded to a business need by conducting a flash survey of C-suite clients of multinational companies in Korea on their HR related practices during these difficult times.
The results of our study paint an encouraging picture regarding how companies have been able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances in uncertain times. Despite a perception of overall decreased productivity, the flexibility and agility across industries offers both employers and employees great hope for a strong future.
We hope that other regions affected by COVID-19 will glean useful information from our findings.
