The Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAUH) recently held its Annual HR Awards Competition for 2023, revealing the winners at an official ceremony in Sofia on April 11, 2024. This prestigious event, organized by the HR Guild in Bulgaria, aims to honor the most innovative and successful HR practices that have made significant contributions to businesses, society, and individuals.
A total of 50 outstanding finalists competed for awards in nine different categories during the 20th edition of the competition. This year marked a new record as the number of finalists nearly doubled compared to the previous year, with 35 finalists in 2022. This increase shows the growing recognition and importance of HR initiatives within the Bulgarian business community.
Darina Peneva, the Managing Director of Stanton Chase Bulgaria, was part of the jury at the Annual HR Awards 2023 of the Bulgarian Association for People Management. Darina had the honor to present the award for ‘HR Consulting Project/Tool of the Year’ and also a special award for ‘Data, Science and HR’.
