Vural Ulus is a Principal at Stanton Chase Istanbul. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of business experience. As a leadership consultant, he focuses on the consumer products and services industry, including aviation, travel, and hospitality.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Vural served as a C-level sales and operations executive with a proven track record of transforming organizations, building high-performance teams, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading large-scale teams in the retail industry. His specialties include luxury products and services, travel retail, and wholesale operations.

As a leadership consultant, Vural is committed to providing client-centric solutions that empower individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. He excels at identifying top-tier talent and fostering their development, whether through executive search or executive coaching.

Vural’s passion for excellence and dedication to client satisfaction make him a trusted advisor and partner in leadership consulting. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Marmara University and an MBA with a concentration in “Management and Organization” from Istanbul Bilgi University.

In addition to the above, he has also completed the ICF-accredited Co-active Coaching and Gestalt Coaching programs. Vural is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and a certified facilitator of Deep Democracy: The Lewis Method. Fluent in English, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients.
