He has over 10 years of retained executive search experience, focusing on C-suite and strategic leadership roles within the Private Equity, Technology, and Industrial sectors. He is also a member of Stanton Chase’s CFO and Financial Executives practice.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Trevor played a pivotal role in establishing the retained executive search division at a leading recruitment, staffing, and human resources consulting firm. In this role, he concentrated on recruiting for C-suite positions and strategic leadership roles covering the Finance, Technology, Sales and Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources sectors. His track record includes building robust advisory relationships with clients and candidates, successfully placing top-tier executives, and spearheading strategic leadership recruitment initiatives.

Trevor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgetown University, where he was also a member of the Georgetown Men’s Lacrosse team.
