As part of the KLM Management Group, he honed his expertise in commercial strategy, execution, transformation, and general management, aligning regional operations with global objectives. 

With a focus on travel, hospitality, and leisure at Stanton Chase, Toon excels in leadership development, partnership cultivation, organizational transformation, and commercial growth strategies. His background in the aviation industry uniquely positions him to deliver strategic insights and personalized service. 

Toon’s professional journey is enriched by a commando tenure at the Special Forces Division of the Royal Dutch Army and academic achievements, including a BA in Commercial Economics from the University of Applied Sciences, Amsterdam, and certifications from HEC Paris and Aberkyn/McKinsey. 

Beyond his professional pursuits, Toon finds joy in cooking, hockey, golf, skiing, and exploring new destinations.
