An accomplished global executive with nearly three decades of leadership experience, Sundar Rajan Ramalingam (Sundar) has made his mark across manufacturing and global technology sectors. His career reflects a seamless transition from strategic HR leadership to general management with P&L ownership, where he successfully scaled and led a multi-billion-dollar global engineering capabilities division and also supported the creation and building of several Global Capability Centers (GCC).

Sundar holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur (India), complemented by furthering his expertise through executive education programs, including the Chief Human Resource Officer Program at Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. His professional journey is anchored in delivering strategic business outcomes and pioneering innovative talent management practices across diverse geographies.
