Sonja Schleser

Sonja Schleser started at Stanton Chase in 2020 and has since successfully managed projects in various industries.

Before joining Stanton Chase, she worked in several positions in communications, training and recruiting, sometimes in quite challenging environments such as South Sudan. Sonja is valued for her open, positive, and honest relationship with her clients and candidates.

Sonja holds a master’s degree in English and American studies and a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies and is fluent in German and English.
