Sofia-Afroditi Voulgaraki

Sofia-Afroditi Voulgaraki is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Athens. Her expertise lies in talent acquisition, talent management, and executive search and selection, focusing primarily on the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector and the Consumer Products and Services industry. She has a successful track record of helping companies grow by bringing in the right leadership talent and helping leaders thrive in the most suitable business environments.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Sofia-Afroditi held the position of Principal Director at Kestria Greece MEIHUNT, where she was responsible for leading executive search projects in Greece. She was also a member of the global Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice Group at Kestria and previously served as Talent Lead Director and Senior PR and HR Consultant at the same company.

Before entering the HR services field, she built a successful career in corporate communications, serving as Group Corporate Communication Manager at Ethos Media S.A. She also held various managerial positions in corporate communications and strategy at leading private and public organizations in Greece. Through her work with ministries and NGOs on governmental projects, she developed strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Sofia-Afroditi holds an M.A. in Psychology and Media from Panteion University and a B.Sc. in Communication and Mass Media from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
