Simpson Nondo

Simpson Nondo boasts over 20 years of leadership executive search experience in South Africa and beyond. He worked with a well-recognized executive search firm between 2002 and early 2006, before co-founding the Stanton Chase Johannesburg office in 2006.

Before joining Stanton Chase, between 1999 and 2002, he ran his own recruitment firm. Between 1988 and 1998, Simpson’s corporate management experience spanned the advertising, financial services, and telecommunications industries in marketing and business development.

Simpson has executed numerous top-level search and leadership consulting assignments, both locally and across the African continent. His area of focus and passion is in the Pan-African space, in which he has become a sought-after consultant for top executive leadership and board-level placements for multinational entities and local indigenous blue-chip organisations, both listed and unlisted.

Simpson holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) degree from the University of Zimbabwe; an MBA from Wits Business School, Johannesburg; a Marketing Management Diploma (SA); and he has completed the Advanced Program for Executive Search and Leadership Consulting from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations (USA).
