Before joining Stanton Chase, she spent 12 years leading a successful career consulting and business coaching practice. Her work spanned multiple industries, including healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and commercial services. She honed her skills in developing and executing strategic plans, fostering strong leadership teams, and creating effective business processes. Her commitment to excellence was further demonstrated through her ownership of a management training company, where she specialized in enhancing management competencies within the manufacturing sector.

A Mississippi native, Shelly earned her degree in Biology from the University of Mississippi. Her family’s fourth-generation business in agriculture and manufacturing has instilled in her a deep appreciation for the value of hiring and retaining talented employees.

Now based in Atlanta, GA, she remains actively engaged in her community. She serves on the board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, is a former president of the Middle Tennessee Ole Miss Alumni Association, and participates in the Southeastern Business Forum and the Entrepreneur Organization as a Catalyst member.
