Sharbani Dutta

Sharbani Dutta is a Principal at Stanton Chase Singapore, specializing in financial services, private equity, and board services. With over 23 years of experience, she advises investors, corporates, and founders on leadership development, CEO and board succession planning, and general management searches. She also provides guidance on compensation and benefits strategies to help organizations attract and retain top talent.

Sharbani has extensive experience in conducting searches for partners, chief strategy officers, board chairs, operating partners (for private equity/venture capital), and senior leadership roles in India and the Asia-Pacific region.

She began her career in luxury retail, last heading the accessories division for the brand “Guess” in India. In 2009, Sharbani transitioned to the search industry, gaining experience in executive search and leading talent acquisition for Credit Suisse in Mumbai.

Sharbani holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from Symbiosis University, India.
