Sébastien Salvy

Sébastien is a Partner at Stanton Chase Paris and Lyon. He brings his extensive experience to Stanton Chase, spanning two practice groups: Life Sciences and Healthcare and Consumer Products and Services. He is also a member of the Human Resources Functional Practice Group. His knowledge in these practices is built upon 24 years of operational experience in the field of human resources.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Sébastien held various roles in human resources, ranging from talent acquisition, labor relations, and personnel administration to HR Manager responsibilities. Over the last 15 years, he has served as an HRD with an international scope in various industries, such as logistics, healthcare, crop protection, and FMCG. Throughout this extensive experience, Sébastien has enjoyed partnering with business leaders and executive teams to support their development and work on succession plans.

Sébastien has developed strong expertise in managing strategic projects, including deploying new talent management strategies, re-engineering the HR function, and scaling up a French SME to a mid-sized international company. He also has experience in change management, corporate culture development, and M&A activities. Sébastien has navigated diverse economic and fast-paced environments, working in both family businesses and international listed companies.

Sébastien holds qualifications in law from Sorbonne University in Paris and a Master of Sciences in Business Law from Lille 2 University. He collaborates with company directors and executive management teams to conduct executive searches. He is fluent in both French and English.
