Richard Kim

Richard currently serves as the Global Leader of Stanton Chase’s Natural Resources, Mining, and Energy Practice Group. He previously served as the Global Sector Leader, Oil and Gas.

With over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, his broad client base spans various industries, including natural resources, renewables, technology, industrial services, infrastructure, utilities, chemicals, diversified manufacturing, and professional services.

Richard has a proven record of successfully executing complex and highly nuanced engagements at the C-Suite, President, and Vice President levels for both public and privately held companies.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Richard served as the Energy Sector Leader for a division of Korn Ferry, leading the practice and creating an integrated retained search solution.

Richard entered the executive search industry with a wealth and diversity of corporate experience. He has worked closely with top-level executives to develop strategic initiatives and implement effective organizational changes. Richard has experience in originating, trading, and structuring energy commodities.

Richard is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
