With over 15 years of experience as a trusted advisor and seasoned executive search professional, Paul has successfully completed numerous complex search assignments for companies of varying sizes, from mid-market private to large private or publicly traded national or international organizations.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Paul co-founded and served as Managing Partner of a successful executive search boutique in Montreal.

Paul holds a bachelor’s degree with distinction from McGill University, majoring in industrial relations with a minor in economics.
