Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Paul owned and operated a boutique executive search firm in Perth, Western Australia, delivering executive search assignments for clients in Australia, SE Asia, and Canada. Earlier in his recruitment and executive search career, he was a Managing Consultant and General Manager for executive search and recruitment firms in Perth and Melbourne.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He is an enthusiastic traveler and an avid student of people and cultures. Drawing from personal experience, Paul is a passionate advocate for cancer carers and is working in his local community to develop better support networks for partners of cancer patients.
