Patrick Favre

Patrick Favre is a Managing Director at Stanton Chase Paris and Lyon. He works mainly in the industrial, consumer products and services, and life sciences and healthcare business sectors, with expertise in recruiting for technical, industrial, and sales top management positions. 

As a graduate engineer, he started his career in a major telecommunications group, where he managed significant engineering design projects between France and Asia. 

He joined an international recruitment company in 2000, where he evolved from consultant to member of the Board until 2023. Responsible for the management and development of several offices in France, he was in charge of creating new practices and thrived on training and coaching his teams. He also contributed to the roll-out of various HR and CSR projects. 

With over 20 years of expertise in recruitment, he joined Stanton Chase in 2024 to strengthen its activities in France and within the Stanton Chase international network. 

Patrick is fluent in French and English.
