A Strategic Leader in the Technology Sector 

Sanjeev brings over 25 years of strategic operations, delivery, and consulting experience, primarily in talent acquisition across various industries, including engineering, products, application services, digital, oil and gas, consumer, and retail. 

Before joining Stanton Chase, Sanjeev held Geographic and Global Head roles at L&T Technology Services, Zensar, Accenture, and Dell Computers. He played a key role in driving growth in both high-volume and niche segments, managing large-scale teams globally. 

From Circuits to Wilderness Frames 

Sanjeev earned his bachelor’s in electronics from Kuvempu University, Karnataka, India.  

He is a nature and wildlife enthusiast and has traveled across the globe for his passion in wildlife and nature photography. He has a website featuring curated work and has received numerous rewards and recognition.
