Mireya Guerra

Mireya is an experienced researcher and consultant in executive talent.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Mireya worked for a well-known executive search firm for 16 years. She has developed strong research and consulting experience, building both candidate and client relationships alongside expertise in recruitment, talent mapping, corporate and internal communications, and market analysis for the natural resources and industrial sectors.

Mireya has a degree in communication and journalism from the University of Santiago de Chile and a diploma in human resources management from the Adolfo Ibañez University.
