Mireille specializes in executive and career coaching for senior managers and leaders. Her approach is supportive, judgement-free, trustworthy, and thought-provoking, creating a safe environment in which she supports clients to understand their competencies, identify meaningful goals, discover what is holding them back from achieving those goals, and taking the appropriate steps to facilitate growth, achievement, and professional success.

Mireille is an Associate Certified Coach credential holder awarded by the International Coaching Federation. She has more than 18 years’ experience as HR Director in different industries (such as healthcare, retail, NGOs, and insurance) and has expertise in all HR functions. She also holds a higher degree in law and is trilingual and able to coach clients in French, English, and Arabic.
