Michael Kersten

Michael Kersten serves as a Director at Stanton Chase Denver. Before joining Stanton Chase, he previously held diverse leadership roles spanning talent acquisition to sales. Notably, he was a Managing Director for a specialty retained search firm that focuses on early-stage start-ups, venture capital, and PE firms in the high growth technology sector. Earlier in his career he also served as Director of Permanent Operations at a prominent recruitment and staffing services firm.

In his current role at Stanton Chase, Michael is a strategic talent partner focusing on C-suite and executive leadership talent acquisition across a broad spectrum of industries. These industries include technology, mining and aggregates, public accounting and advisory, healthcare and life sciences, aerospace, and more. Being results-driven, Michael’s strategic mindset and strong track record have greatly contributed to his clients’ organizational growth.
