Mark Sloan

Mark Sloan is a Director at Stanton Chase Sydney. With over two decades of experience in executive search, he has garnered a strong reputation for successfully completing international searches across the infrastructure and industrials supply chain.

His expertise primarily focuses on securing board, C-suite, and executive-level appointments within the commercial sector, advising a diverse clientele including infrastructure investment managers, private equity firms, owners and operators of transport infrastructure and utilities assets, engineering and construction companies, defence primes, and integrated facilities management firms. 

Mark is respected for his market intelligence, which he leverages to the benefit of his clients, alongside a proven track record of delivery. He is highly adept at navigating confidential searches in collaboration with board committees and Chief Executive Officers. His approach combines deep functional and sector-specific expertise, consistently delivering impactful appointments across various organizations. 

Before joining Stanton Chase, Mark held a senior leadership role at a leading global executive search firm, where he drove significant growth as head of the Australia and New Zealand Industrial Practice. Prior to that, he served as Partner and Practice Leader at prominent search firms in the Australian market. 

Mark’s career began in commercial roles with a multinational computer manufacturer, a listed multinational mining company, a university, and an energy retailer. He studied commerce and computing at LIT in Ireland.
