Marcela Uribe

Marcela has 20 years of experience in human resources and marketing. She is a partner at the Panamá City office of Stanton Chase International, which she started in 2004. Prior to becoming a partner at Stanton Chase, Marcela worked for Abbott Laboratories and Hoechst Laboratories in executive search. In addition, she was a Marketing Manager for Belcorp, in Colombia, which is a leading cosmetics company in Latin America.

Marcela is responsible for the overall commercial activities and talent acquisition, leading the company to be recognized in the Central America market for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Marcela has a BA in Psychology and a specialization in Marketing from Los Andes University in Bogotá. She is a certified coach for the Joseph O’Connor program, and fluent in English and Spanish.
