Mandie Nimitz is the Director of Marketing for Stanton Chase’s Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia offices, where she leverages her experience in brand management and consulting to help achieve strategic initiatives, drive marketing efforts, and support leadership search and advisory services.

Mandie is a subject matter expert in consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketing and brand management, with a career that includes managing brand portfolios for iconic brands such as Triscuit, Simply Juices, Minute Maid, and Oreo during her tenure at Kraft Foods and The Coca-Cola Company. She has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, driving product commercialization, and executing innovative marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Her earlier career at Deloitte Consulting provided a strong foundation in strategic planning and customer-centric solutions, equipping her to navigate complex business challenges across industries.

Mandie earned her MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and her BS in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, graduating summa cum laude. She is passionate about combining strategic insights with tailored approaches to meet the unique needs of clients and their leadership teams.
