Kevin is a Partner at Stanton Chase Singapore and serves as Stanton Chase Singapore’s Assessments and Coaching Leader. He is a professional coach, mediator, mentor, board director, and business leader with over 30 years of multinational organizational experience in organizations including AIMIA, American Express, Hewlett-Packard (HP), IBM, PwC Consulting, and KPMG Consulting.

With his wealth of experience, Kevin brings a unique perspective to his coaching and mentoring practice, where he specializes in working with C-level executives and high-level professionals. His mission is to empower his clients, helping them unlock their full potential, gain clarity, build confidence and diversity, and hone their focus to achieve exceptional results. In his interactions with senior leaders, Kevin not only acknowledges the stress and challenges that accompany their pivotal roles but also advocates for cultivating positive mindsets that foster well-being among all those who contribute their talents to organizations.

Kevin currently serves as an elected member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Coaches’ Global Board of Directors and holds the position of Vice Chair of the Board, where he actively contributes to the advancement of the coaching profession.

Kevin has a Bachelor’s in Economics (majoring in Accounting and Information Systems) from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, Chicago, USA. He is a Chartered Accountant, a member of CPA Australia and Singapore Human Resources Institute, and is a Mentor Coach and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed with ICF. He has also attained the Senior Practitioner accreditation from EMCC Global (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
