As a Consultant for Stanton Chase International, Kaitlyn Llewellyn works with leading professional services and industrial firms with a particular emphasis on Stanton Chase’s CHRO practice. Kaitlyn brings robust human resources experience to Stanton Chase and uses her training in coaching and assessment to advance Stanton Chase’s Leadership Advisory services, championing initiatives in areas of employee engagement, leadership and culture, continued learning, and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

Kaitlyn is passionate about authentic hiring and leadership practices that build upon a foundation of deep understanding and result in highly aligned top talent. She is tenacious in her search for key insights that differentiate the experience of attracting and retaining the right leaders for each assignment.

Bringing a deep breadth and depth in the real estate and construction sector prior to joining Stanton Chase, Kaitlyn was the Corporate Human Resources Director at Continental Realty Corporation. She has over eight years of strategic and multi-jurisdictional HR experience that positions her to quickly understand key business and human capital needs and position talented leaders effectively.

Kaitlyn holds an M.S. in Human Resource Development from Towson University and a dual B.A. from McDaniel College in English and Communication. As an expert in today’s talent and leadership space, she holds an advanced certificate from Cornell University in executive talent, PHR and SHRM-CP designations, and is certified in the Predictive Index and as a Hogan Assessment Consultant for executive leadership assessments. Kaitlyn is a founding executive council member for Disrupt HR Baltimore and spends her free time doing non-profit work with the Junior League of Annapolis and boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
