Jon Hunter

Jon’s entire 20-year career has revolved around recruitment. He has led recruitment for consulting firms and also has an extensive background in internal corporate Talent Acquisition. He has supported a variety of industry verticals, with his greatest strengths being in the Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors. He has partnered with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 organizations. Combined, this provides him with a unique ability to be a consultative partner to those he supports.

His career began as a technology recruiter with a global IT staffing firm, where he progressed to oversee multiple regions. He then joined the largest healthcare system in the U.S. to oversee Executive Search for a $4 billion line of business with 150+ locations nationally and also oversaw Talent Acquisition for a 16-hospital division while there. In his most recent position prior to joining us, he was an engagement leader for a leading executive search firm where he oversaw concurrent searches primarily for start-up and private equity companies.

Jon is based in his hometown just outside of Nashville, TN, which makes his southern accent authentic. He attended Middle Tennessee State University on a full scholarship and graduated with honors with a degree in Microbiology. He credits his work ethic to being raised on a family farm, which also led to him being a big fan of the outdoors, which he enjoys regularly with his wife and four children.
