Jean-François Lavigne, MBA, C.Adm

Jean-François Lavigne is a Partner at Stanton Chase Montreal, bringing over 20 years of executive search and leadership experience. He specializes in C-suite, board, and strategic leadership roles within the professional services, industrial, and life sciences sectors.

Throughout his career, Jean-François has worked for internationally renowned companies. More recently, he served as a management consultant after founding and successfully managing a firm overseeing large real estate complexes in Quebec.

Passionate about leadership, Jean-François combines his research skills, extensive business and entrepreneurial experience, and consulting expertise to build management teams tailored for the challenges of today’s businesses.

A member of the Order of Chartered Administrators of Quebec (C.Adm) since 2015, Jean-François holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance, an MBA with honors, and doctoral studies in management. He is recognized for his authenticity, approachability, and dynamism. Jean-François is fluent in French and English.
