Ingolf Klammer

Ingolf Klammer is a Partner at Stanton Chase Stuttgart and a shareholder in the Madrid office of Stanton Chase. He is a seasoned executive search and executive assessment expert with over a decade of experience across the leadership spectrum.

Ingolf’s area of expertise is the global industry, and within this sector, he serves industrial clients in automotive, building, chemical, energy, medical, and recycling.
Over the past 18 years, he has worked on several senior executive-level assignments in an ever-changing global environment. He searches for executives in sales and marketing, engineering, manufacturing and assembling, and finance and procurement.

Ingolf’s approach is to have an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs and requirements. He will endeavor to familiarize himself with their business strategy and company culture. He understands the requirements of medium-sized family-owned businesses as well as the complexities of corporate environments.

Ingolf holds a degree in business administration from Mannheim. He is fluent in German and English and recently reactivated his Spanish. In addition to his consulting work, he voluntarily supports a Montessori facility.

He loves spending time with his wife and son, enjoying the mountains, lakes, and golf courses of Southern Germany. Together with his family, he is an enthusiastic explorer of the unspoiled planet.
