Hedda Hanke

Hedda Hanke is a Partner at Stanton Chase Düsseldorf. She has been active in executive search and leadership consulting for more than 25 years, first acquiring in-depth experience in one of Europe’s leading executive search firms before moving on to a Managing Partner role at Gemini Executive Search in 2001, where she headed the Competence Centre Retail & Distribution. In 2015, she founded a new office in Cologne for InterSearch Executive Consultants and took over leadership of the Global Industry Practice Group. In January 2025, she joined Stanton Chase.

Hedda has a deep understanding and a wealth of experience in global executive search. A particularly strong area of her consulting practice lies in advising and supporting successful family-owned companies with global activities across all industry sectors.
