Guillermo León Benavides

Guillermo León Benavides is a Partner at Stanton Chase Lima. With over 20 years of experience in the mining and construction sectors, his strategic approach to recruitment focuses on building efficiencies and long-term relationships with clients—and more importantly, between clients and their employees. 

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Guillermo developed market strategies for executive recruitment and other areas. He has over 10 years of experience working with organizational development teams, focusing on employee wellness and risk management for mining and construction personnel. 

Guillermo holds a Business Administration degree from Universidad de Lima, an MBA from the University of Queensland, and a Master’s in Strategic Marketing from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
