Greg Dement

Greg Dement is a Director at Stanton Chase Dallas. He brings over 20 years of recruitment experience, specializing in identifying, assessing, and placing senior leadership across a diverse range of industries in North America. His sector experience includes industrial, life sciences, manufacturing, finance, technology, healthcare services, retail, and energy. Greg has successfully led executive searches for organizations of all sizes, from startups and growth-stage private equity portfolio companies to Fortune 1000 corporations.

Greg began his career in recruiting at CDI, where he spent five years placing engineers and IT professionals. During this time, he developed a specialization in sourcing management consultants with a focus on ERP implementations and upgrades. He then spent the next eight years delivering both functional and technical talent for clients at Fidelis Enterprise Solutions and ExpedIT Consulting, as well as hiring in-house at ABeam and Ciber. In 2013, Greg made the transition from SAP Practice to the Executive Search team at Ciber. Before joining Stanton Chase, Greg served as Principal at Focus Search Partners, where he led more than 200 successful executive searches over the course of eight years.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Texas. Outside of his professional life, he is a passionate animal advocate. He and his wife have fostered and adopted numerous retired racing greyhounds [added “racing” for clarity] through organizations such as Greyhounds Unlimited and the Greyhound Adoption League of Texas.
