Frank Bernard is a Partner at Stanton Chase Montreal. He brings 25 years of experience in financial services and HR consulting to his role.
Often referred to as a “Chief Connection Officer,” Frank is known for his generosity with his network and his natural ability to connect people. As Seth Godin says, “Connection is what the economy of the future is built on,” and Frank embodies this principle in his work.
For the past decade, Frank has served as the volunteer President of Mentoring at Women in Governance, successfully matching over 350 executives and leaders. His commitment to diversity extends to his role as a guest lecturer at major corporations on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Frank’s deep understanding of the real issues and biases in recruiting diverse talent informs his approach to executive search.
His contributions to supporting women in business were recognized with the Outstanding Male Supporter for Women Entrepreneur Award.
Frank’s expertise also extends to the startup world, where he serves on the advisory board of a high-tech company. This experience has given him valuable insights into the ecosystem and challenges of growing companies.
Frank holds a degree in finance and accounting from HEC Montreal and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
