Fani Zarkou

Fani Zarkou is a Director at Stanton Chase Athens. She is a seasoned professional in the talent management and executive search fields, specializing in the consumer products and services industry. 

Before joining Stanton Chase, Fani held a key leadership role at a major multinational company in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, where she managed the operational execution of the talent acquisition strategy for senior management roles across functions such as commercial, supply chain, and support functions. She excelled at delivering high-caliber candidates and bridging the gap between internal clients and market candidates. 

Earlier in her career, Fani was part of the executive search team at a prominent local firm, managing recruitment projects for diverse industries, including financial services, food and beverages, consumer goods, banking, and real estate. She successfully placed middle- and senior-management positions, contributing to the growth and success of client companies. 

Fani holds certifications in assessing leadership and developmental capabilities, and she has applied her expertise to numerous projects aimed at identifying and nurturing leadership talent. She has also designed and executed multiple successful assessment centers, thus proving her skills in evaluating and developing high-potential individuals.

Fani holds a BSc degree in Marketing and Communications and an MSc degree in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business.
