Eva Maria Cronjaeger

Eva Maria Cronjaeger is a Senior Associate at Stanton Chase Vienna and Stanton Chase Linz. She brings extensive experience in HR, communications, and coaching. She studied communication in Vienna and subsequently spent nearly 15 years working in marketing, advertising, and PR in Vienna, Munich, and Nuremberg. Of these, 12 years were spent as a consultant, progressing to the level of General Manager in agencies. 

Alongside her career in marketing and communications, she completed a three-year training program in psychological counseling in Munich, which forms the foundation of her coaching practice. Over six years of self-employment as a coach, Eva worked with private individuals and corporate clients, paving the way for her career in human resources. 

For the past three years, Eva has been responsible for the HR department of a family-owned company in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), leading a team of seven employees. Her responsibilities covered all strategic and operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruiting to offboarding. 

Eva is married, lives in Salzburg, and in her free time enjoys dancing Tango Argentino and exploring the Salzburg mountains.
