Eva Kingston

Eva is Director in the London office of Stanton Chase; she also leads Financial Services for the UK team. She has been working in executive search and leadership consulting since 1995.  Eva’s experience covers cross-border retail banking and consumer finance, corporate and transaction banking, corporate functions as well as, more recently, fintech, blockchain, and impact investment.  She is particularly interested in emerging and frontier markets and has worked extensively for local and international banks as well as private equity and impact investors in sub-Saharan Africa.

Eva started her career at The Financial Times in Frankfurt and subsequently joined Booz, Allen & Hamilton, the strategy consulting firm, in London.  In 1995, Eva moved into executive search with Heidrick and Struggles where she was responsible for the development and execution of financial services searches across Europe, Russia, and the Central Asian Republics before moving to Korn/Ferry International as Senior Client Partner in the firm’s Global Markets Practice.  While at Korn/Ferry, Eva conducted searches for CEOs, Country Managers, Heads of Businesses as well as COOs, CFOs, CMOs, CROs, and other functions as well as technical roles both for start-ups and international banks. Eva spent two years as Head of Resourcing for Ecobank, a pan-African bank, and a year at a specialised financial services boutique.

Eva holds an MA in English Language and Literature from Warsaw University and is bilingual in English and Polish.  She also speaks fluent German.
