Eugene Lee

Eugene Lee is a Senior Consultant at Stanton Chase Seoul with extensive experience in human capital solutions and a solid industrial background.

She has more than 23 years of HR experience working for various leading multinational companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device, life science, automotive, and FMCG sectors.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Eugene worked for several global companies, including Pall (Danaher Group), Merck, and Becton Dickinson, where she held positions as Head of HR. She also served in senior roles in HR, Global Project Management, and Compliance.

Throughout her career, Eugene has gained invaluable professional experience working with diverse groups of executives and leaders.

Born in Korea and educated in German and Korean schools, Eugene is bilingual in English and Korean. She holds a BA in English and Literature and an MBA.
