Beginning in IT recruiting in the healthcare sector, Emily quickly established herself as a leader in the industry with record-breaking performance for the largest IT recruiting company in the United States. She then developed client relationships and sold recruiting services for several high-growth firms.

At Dell, Emily held roles as an HR Business Partner and Talent Strategist before leading talent acquisition for Boomi, a Dell-owned cloud-based software integration company. Her broad background and keen understanding of executive client relationships led her to pursue a career in executive search, where her skills and experience best align.

Outside of work, Emily is passionate about her growing family, love of horses, and commitment to supporting Alzheimer’s research and awareness.
