Ellen Lee

Ellen Lee is a Principal at Stanton Chase Singapore, where she leads executive searches in financial services across the APAC region. Since beginning her search career in 2006, she has placed leading bankers throughout Southeast Asia for global and Asian investment and corporate banking clients.

As a member of our Financial Services Practice, Ellen specializes in C-suite and senior executive placements for insurance companies, asset management firms, fintech companies, private equity firms, family offices, and banks. She regularly places CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Data Officers, Chief Investment Officers, and Chief Sustainability Officers, with particular expertise in risk management and ESG positions. Her practice has expanded to include conglomerate sector placements across APAC.

Ellen holds a degree in Political Science from Columbia University and is currently pursuing a graduate diploma in psychology and clinical counselling at Arium School of Arts and Science.
